Before proceeding make sure you:

1. Have had a look at the wealth of knowledge pertaining to this update from the home of which this patch was born
2. Backup your data on your iPAQ to your computer via ActiveSync
3. Remove any SD card in the unit
4. Rebooted your computer

Now if you've done all that then proceed...if not I really can not stress enough that you do the above steps.

1. Download the Set II ROM
2. Unzip/Extract it using your unzip program (i.e. WinRAR, WinZip, 7zip, etc...)
3. Place the h6315 in boot loader mode. (This can be done by pressing the mail & contacts buttons and push the soft reset button. Wait for the Screen to come up and if the bottom right corner reads BL then you can release the mail & contacts button as the unit is now in boot loader mode. Ergo BL)
4. Double click on the hpRUU.exe to run the program
5. View the Readme and if you wish to proceed Agree to the Terms and Conditions
6. Click Next
7. Click Next again to flash the device with the new ROM
8. Sit back relax and grab yourself something to drink while it handles its business.
